These General Terms and Conditions shall apply to all Services provided by mojoenet.

In order to use any of our services, Customer must:

  • Be at least eighteen 18 years of age or
  • Have obtained the consent of a parent or legally recognized guardian

Customer’s Responsibility:

  • Comply with our instructions on the manner of installation, use or operation of the service and equipment.
  • Ensure that any and all equipment used in relation to a Service is used in accordance with the Law.
  • We reserve the right, at any time, to change, replace or upgrade any of its software, equipment, or network to ensure the continuity of any service.

Our Service:
  • Mojoenet shall exert best efforts to ensure the quality of any service or of the signals or data transmitted as part of any Service. However, we cannot guarantee completely fault-free Services and shall not be liable for any loss or damage which may be caused by the loss, disruption or corruption of any signals or data transmitted through or as part of any Service. Our goal is to strive to achieve more than 99% uptime in service at any given time with the exception of acts of weather or any other related incidents.
  • Upon the purchase of any equipment from mojoenet, the equipment manufacturer’s warranties be transferred to the purchasing customer for a one year warranty with proof of purchase of the original equipment. The customer hereby acknowledges and agrees that mojoenet’s sole and exclusive liability is limited to such a warranty.
  • Mojoenet shall endeavor to carry out or implement customer requests within reason, provided that, unless expressly agreed to not be obliged to carry out these requests. any Customer Request. Our guarantee is to fulfill all service level and installation requirements within 24 hours of the request based on showroom hours and customer availability for any on premise appointments.

Fees, Payment and Termination of Service:

  • All monthly fees and/or equipment are paid in advance of service and are non-refundable. Mojoenet reserves the right to vary or revise the Fees, Payment Terms and the Prescribed Rate, either individually or concurrently, from time to time and such variation or revision shall take effect as from the date determined by us.
  • The customer agrees to bear and pay all Taxes in relation to the service. In the event that the customer is required under the Law to deduct any sum as Taxes in respect of any amount payable, the Customer shall make such deduction as required, and the amount payable to mojoenet shall be increased by any such amount necessary to ensure that mojoenet receives a net amount equal to the amount received in the absence of any such deduction.
  • Mojoenet reserves the right to suspend and terminate services 10 days after the expired service end date without any prior notice. Any reactivation after this period may result in a reactivation fee.

Customer Data:

  • The Customer hereby agrees and consents to the collection, use, storage, and processing of customer Data by mojoenet, and is limited access to share this data only with mojoenet’s parent company or any related entities with shareholdings with the said parent company for any directly related service and products relevant.At any time, mojoenet is not allowed to distribute any of this data for sale or otherwise to any outside 3rd party entities or organizations.
  • We may modify these terms or any additional terms that apply to a service to, for example, reflect changes to the law or changes to our services at any time. You should look at this page regularly for any updates.
